1. Introduction

Welcome to Kala Guru by Ira Rangoli Arts. By using our website and purchasing the Basic Rangoli course, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Course Purchase & Access

• The Basic Rangoli course is priced at ₹75.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• After successful payment, an account is automatically created, and login credentials are sent via email and WhatsApp.
• The course will be available for access immediately upon login.
• Upon course completion, a certificate will be generated and sent via email.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate personal information during checkout.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made within 5 days of payment.
• Refunds are processed manually and require users to contact the system admin via email or phone.
• Refunds will be issued only if the user is dissatisfied with the course content.

5. Data Privacy & Retention

• Personal data will be deleted 3 months after course completion.
• Users must not share their login credentials with others.
