1. Only registered members of the KalaGuru Join & Earn Program are eligible to earn referral rewards.

2. Referral rewards are applicable only on eligible KalaGuru course purchases made using your Referral Code or Referral Link.

3. The KalaGuru Join & Earn Program course itself is not eligible for referral rewards.

4. Reward Points are calculated based on the purchase amount and the reward percentage configured by KalaGuru.

5. 1 Reward Point = ₹1.

6. Reward Points will be credited only after successful payment confirmation.

7. Cancelled, refunded, disputed, or fraudulent purchases are not eligible for rewards.

8. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

9. Creating multiple accounts to earn referral rewards is not allowed.

10. Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside the approved payout process.

11. The minimum payout limit will be decided by KalaGuru and may change from time to time.

12. All payout requests are subject to manual verification and approval.

13. Approved payouts will be made through UPI or Bank Transfer only.

14. KalaGuru reserves the right to reject or cancel any referral found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

15. KalaGuru may modify, suspend, or discontinue this program, including reward percentages, referral discounts, or payout policies, at any time without prior notice.

16. By joining this program, you agree to abide by all the above Terms & Conditions. KalaGuru's decision regarding referrals, rewards, and payouts shall be final.
