Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any course or competition.

By paying and joining any course on Kalaguru by Ira Rangoli Arts, you agree to all the terms listed below. कलागुरू द्वारे कोणत्याही कोर्ससाठी पैसे भरल्यास खाली दिलेले सर्व नियम मान्य केले असे गृहीत धरले जाते.

सर्व क्लासेस हे ऑनलाईन स्वरूपातच असणार आहेत. महाराष्ट्रातून तुम्ही कुठूनही ते सहज पाहू शकाल.
All classes will be online. You can access them from anywhere in Maharashtra.

व्हिडिओ पाहण्यासाठी तुम्हाला वेबसाईटलाच लॉगिन करून पाहू शकता.
To watch the videos, you must log in to the website.

सहभाग करताना दिलेला ईमेल आयडी किंवा मोबाईल नंबर काळजीपूर्वक भरा, नंतर बदल होत नाही.
Provide a correct email ID or mobile number during registration. Changes are not possible later.

प्रवेश घेतल्यानंतर किंवा फी भरल्यानंतर पासवर्ड ई-मेल आयडी, एसएमएस आणि व्हॉट्सअॅप या तिन्ही माध्यमांवर किंवा त्यापैकी किमान एका माध्यमावर पाठवला जाईल. पासवर्ड विसरल्यास पुन्हा नव्याने प्रवेश (अॅडमिशन) घ्यावा लागेल.
After enrollment or payment of the fee, your password will be sent to you via email ID, SMS, and WhatsApp — or through at least one of these channels. If you forget your password, you will need to take fresh admission again.

प्रवेश घेतल्यानंतर व्हिडिओ हे कोर्सच्या शेवटच्या तारखेपर्यंतच उपलब्ध असतील. एका वेळी जास्तीत जास्त तीन व्हिडिओज पाहता येतील; चौथा व्हिडिओ पाहताना पहिला व्हिडिओ आपोआप अनुपलब्ध होईल. शेवटचा व्हिडिओ पाहिल्यानंतर दुसऱ्या दिवसापासून सर्व व्हिडिओ बंद होतील.
Videos will be available only from the date of admission until the course's last date. You can watch a maximum of three videos at a time — when you watch the fourth video, the first video will automatically become unavailable. From the day after you watch the last video, all videos will be closed.

सर्टिफिकेट मिळवण्यासाठी माय प्रोफाईल अपडेट करा. एकदा अपडेट झाल्यावर बदल करता येत नाही.
Update your profile to receive a certificate. Once updated, it cannot be changed.

आम्ही कोणत्याही प्रकारचे लाईव्ह क्लासेस घेत नाही. लॉगिन करून तुम्ही कधीही व्हिडिओ पाहू शकता, तेही कितीही वेळा पाहू शकता (फी भरल्यानंतर सुरू होईल आणि शेवटच्या तारखेपर्यंत हे व्हिडिओज पाहता येतील*). रोज एक-एक व्हिडिओ बघून त्याचा सराव करावा, म्हणजे कलाकृती व्यवस्थित शिकता येईल.
We do not conduct any kind of live classes. You can log in and watch the videos anytime, and any number of times (*access starts after fee payment and continues until the course's last date). Watch and practise one video each day so that you can learn the artwork properly.

दिलेले व्हिडिओ किंवा सामग्री सोशल मीडियावर अपलोड किंवा शेअर करू नका.
Do not upload or share class content on social media.

प्रवेश घेताना सर्व तपशील व्यवस्थित पाहून घ्यावेत. एकदा प्रवेश घेतल्यानंतर त्यामध्ये पुन्हा बदल होणार नाही, वर्ग बदलता येणार नाही आणि फी कुठेही अॅडजस्ट केली जाणार नाही.
Please review all details carefully before taking admission. Once admission is taken, no changes can be made to it — the class cannot be changed, and the fee will not be adjusted against any other course.

पासवर्ड गोपनीय ठेवा. इतरांसोबत शेअर केल्यास लॉगिन बंद होऊ शकतो.
Keep your password confidential. Sharing it may lead to account suspension.

फी भरल्यानंतर क्लास करू शकत नसल्यास, एक तासात ईमेल/WhatsApp वर कळवणे आवश्यक आहे. अन्यथा पैसे परत मिळणार नाहीत.
If unable to attend after payment, inform us within 1 hour via email/WhatsApp. No refund otherwise.

तांत्रिक कारणास्तव बदल असल्यास ईमेल किंवा WhatsApp द्वारे कळवले जाईल.
Any technical changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.

फी वेळोवेळी बदलू शकते.
Fees may change over time.

पैसे भरून जॉईन केल्यास सर्व नियम मान्य आहेत असे गृहीत धरले जाईल.
By joining after payment, you are deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions.

सर्व कायदेशीर बाबी पुणे कोर्टामध्येच निकाली काढल्या जातील.
All legal matters will be settled in Pune court only.

नियमांमध्ये बदल करण्याचे अधिकार कलागुरू टीमकडे आहेत.
Kalaguru team reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

बेशिस्त वर्तन आढळल्यास सबस्क्रिप्शन बंद केले जाईल.
Misbehavior will result in immediate cancellation of your subscription.

कोर्स प्रवेश: नोंदणी पूर्ण होताच सर्व लेसनला त्वरित प्रवेश मिळेल. आपल्या सोयीनुसार आणि आपल्या गतीने कोर्स पूर्ण करू शकता.
Course Access: Upon completing registration, you will get immediate access to all lessons. You can complete the course at your own convenience and at your own pace.

कोर्स कालावधी: कोर्सच्या शेवटच्या तारखेपर्यंत आपण कोर्स बघू शकता किंवा कोर्सचे सर्व लेसन कम्प्लीट होईपर्यंत.
Course Duration: You can view the course until the course end date, or until all lessons of the course are completed — whichever comes first.

अतिरिक्त प्रवेश: शेवटचे लेसन पूर्ण केल्यानंतर पुढील 3 दिवस कोर्स पुन्हा पाहण्यासाठी आणि प्रमाणपत्र (Certificate) डाउनलोड करण्यासाठी प्रवेश उपलब्ध राहील. त्यानंतर कोर्स एक्सेस पूर्णपणे बंद होऊन जाईल.
Extended Access: After completing the last lesson, you will have access for the next 3 days to re-watch the course and download your Certificate. After that period, course access will be permanently closed.
