नियम व अटी
Please read these terms carefully before registering for the Taluka / District / State level rangoli competition.

By paying the competition fee and registering on Kalaguru by Ira Rangoli Arts, you agree to all the terms listed below. स्पर्धेची फी भरून कलागुरूवर नोंदणी केल्यास खाली दिलेले सर्व नियम मान्य केले असे गृहीत धरले जाईल.

Last date to register for the competition: 30 September 2026, 9:00 PM.
स्पर्धेमध्ये प्रवेश घेण्याची अंतिम तारीख 30 सप्टेंबर 2026 रात्री नऊ वाजेपर्यंत.

Participants must be based in Maharashtra to take part in the competition.
स्पर्धेमध्ये भाग घेण्यासाठी तुम्ही महाराष्ट्रीयन असणे हे बंधनकारक आहे.

Participants must have completed 18 years of age at the time of entering the competition.
स्पर्धेत सहभाग करता वेळेस वय वर्ष 18 पूर्ण असणे बंधनकारक आहे.

The competition will be held in this order: first at the Taluka level, then District level, and finally State level.
स्पर्धा ही पहिल्यांदा तालुकास्तरीय, नंतर जिल्हास्तरीय आणि शेवटी राज्यस्तरीय याच क्रमामध्ये होणार आहे.

Every participant must first qualify at the Taluka level. Only after qualifying at the Taluka level can a participant qualify at the District level, and only after that become eligible for the State level.
स्पर्धेमध्ये सहभाग घेतल्याने प्रत्येकाला पहिले तालुका स्पर्धेमध्ये उत्तीर्ण होणे गरजेचे आहे, यानंतर जिल्हास्तरीय उत्तीर्ण होऊन राज्यस्तरीयसाठी पात्र ठरू शकते.

No late or on-the-spot admission will be given to any competition round after the deadline.
आयत्या वेळेस कोणत्याही स्पर्धेमध्ये कोणालाही ऍडमिशन मिळणार नाही.

All participants must upload their rangoli photo on the website itself before 30 September 2026, 9:00 PM.
30 सप्टेंबर 2026 रात्री नऊ वाजण्याच्या आत सर्वांनी रांगोळीचा फोटो हा वेबसाईटलाच अपलोड करावा.

The photo must be uploaded only through the website / at the designated place shown to you. Please note that once uploaded, this photo cannot be changed.
वेबसाईट व्यतिरिक्त किंवा दिलेल्या/दर्शविलेल्या ठिकाणीच फोटो अपलोड करायचा आहे, हा फोटो पुन्हा बदलता येणार नाही कृपया याची नोंद घ्यावी.

The rangoli must include the exact text/theme specified for the competition. If the specified text is missing, the participant will be disqualified immediately.
रांगोळी मध्ये सांगितल्याप्रमाणेच मजकूर नमूद केलेला असावा, मजकूर नमूद केलेला नसेल तर थेट त्या स्पर्धकाला बाद करण्यात येईल.

Participants must also record a video while making their rangoli. We may ask for this video for verification purposes in the future if needed. The video should be a maximum of one minute long and must not have any music added to it.
स्पर्धकांनी रांगोळी काढतानाचा एक व्हिडिओ सुद्धा तयार करावा, भविष्यात या गोष्टीची गरज भासल्यास पडताळणीसाठी आम्ही तो व्हिडिओ आपल्याकडून मागवू शकतो. व्हिडिओ हा जास्तीत जास्त एका मिनिटांमध्येच तयार करावा आणि याला कोणत्याही प्रकारचे संगीत देऊ नये.

The participation certificate is available immediately after you register — you can easily download it once your profile is updated. Once your rangoli photo has been submitted, the participation certificate cannot be issued again later.
सर्टिफिकेट सहभाग घेतल्या घेतल्या लगेचच मिळणार आहे, प्रोफाइल अपडेट केल्यानंतर तुम्ही हे सहज घेऊ शकता. फोटो सबमिट झाल्यानंतर पुन्हा सर्टिफिकेट मिळणार नाही.

If you qualify at the Taluka level, you will receive a new certificate for that. Likewise, a new certificate will be issued if you qualify at the District level, and again if you qualify at the State level. Each of these certificates will only be available for a limited time window — once that window passes, the certificate will not be issued again unless you pay applicable charges to obtain it later.
आपण जर तालुकास्तरीय स्पर्धा पास झालात तर आपल्याला पुन्हा नव्याने सर्टिफिकेट मिळेल, जिल्हास्तरीय पास झालात तर पुन्हा नव्याने सर्टिफिकेट मिळेल, राज्यस्तरीय पास झालात तर पुन्हा नव्याने सर्टिफिकेट मिळेल. हे सर्टिफिकेट दिलेल्या वेळेमध्येच उपलब्ध असेल, वेळ निघून गेल्यानंतर हे सर्टिफिकेट पुन्हा मिळणार नाही किंवा भविष्यात असलेले चार्जेस भरून तुम्ही ते घेऊ शकता.

If any additional fee applies for the District or State level rounds, we will announce it on the website in advance. (In 99.99% of cases, there will be no additional fee.)
जिल्हास्तरीय आणि राज्यस्तरीय स्पर्धेसाठी अतिरिक्त शुल्क असल्यास आम्ही तुम्हाला ती वेळेत वेबसाईटवरच सांगू. (99.99% अतिरिक्त शुल्क नसेल)

If it is found that anyone other than the participant made the submitted rangoli, that participant will be disqualified immediately.
स्पर्धका व्यतिरिक्त इतर कोणीही जर ती रांगोळी काढलेली असेल तर त्या स्पर्धकाला थेट बाद करण्यात येईल.

The remaining rounds of the competition will be conducted approximately three to four months after 30 September 2026.
30 सप्टेंबर 2026 नंतर साधारणपणे तीन ते चार महिन्यात उर्वरित स्पर्धा घेण्यात येणार आहे.

The results of the top 3 students from each Taluka will be published on the website. Please do not misuse this information.
प्रत्येक तालुक्यातील टॉप तीन विद्यार्थ्यांचे निकाल हे तुम्ही वेबसाईट वरती पाहू शकाल, कृपया याचा गैरवापर करू नये.

Every participant is required to follow KalaGuru and Ira Rangoli Arts on social media.
प्रत्येक स्पर्धकाने कलागुरू आणि इरा रांगोळी आर्ट्सचे सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट फॉलो करणं गरजेचे आहे.

Once you pay the competition fee, you will be deemed to have agreed to all these terms.
स्पर्धेची फी भरल्यानंतर आपण या गोष्टीत सहमत आहात असं गृहीत धरण्यात येईल.

Further details regarding the District-level and State-level rounds will be communicated via the website, or to winners via WhatsApp or email. This mode of communication will not change.
पुढील जिल्हास्तरीय आणि राज्यस्तरीय स्पर्धेसंदर्भातील विविध गोष्टी आम्ही वेबसाईटवर किंवा विजेत्यांना व्हाट्सअपद्वारे किंवा ईमेलद्वारे कळवू, यामध्ये कोणत्याही स्वरूपाचा बदल होणार नाही.

We will verify the participant's details against their Aadhaar card. If any discrepancy is found, that participant will not be allowed to take part in the competition.
स्पर्धकाने दिलेल्या माहितीनुसारच आम्ही त्याची आधार कार्डवर तपासणी करणार आहोत, जर या गोष्टीत चूक आढळल्यास त्या स्पर्धकाला स्पर्धेमध्ये भाग घेता येणार नाही.

All rights related to the competition are reserved by the KalaGuru team. If necessary, we may change certain rules at short notice.
स्पर्धेसंदर्भातील सर्व अधिकार हे कलागुरू टीमकडे राखीव आहेत, वेळ पडल्यास काही गोष्टी आम्ही आयत्या वेळेस बदलू शकतो.

Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.
कायद्यानुसार जर काही अडचण असल्यास याबद्दल सर्व पूर्तता ही पुणे कोर्टामध्येच करण्यात येईल.

Artists from outside Maharashtra will also be able to participate in the competition. We will aim to declare one, or at most three, overall winner(s) across all participants.
महाराष्ट्राच्या बाहेरचे कलाकार सुद्धा स्पर्धेमध्ये सहभाग घेऊ शकतील. सर्वांचे मिळून एक किंवा जास्तीत जास्त तीन विजेते घोषित करण्याचा प्रयत्न आम्ही करणार आहोत.

Participants are required to follow all the given instructions in a timely manner.
स्पर्धकाला दिलेल्या सर्व गोष्टींचे पालन हे वेळच्यावेळी करणे बंधनकारक आहे.
