Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in the Foundation or Professional video course.

By paying and joining the Foundation or Professional course on Kalaguru by Ira Rangoli Arts, you agree to all the terms listed below. कलागुरूच्या फाउंडेशन किंवा प्रोफेशनल कोर्ससाठी पैसे भरून सहभागी झाल्यास खाली दिलेले सर्व नियम मान्य केले असे गृहीत धरले जाईल.

You can join this course from anywhere in India. भारतामधून कुठूनही यात आपण सहभाग घेऊ शकता.

There is no strict age limit, but students should generally be 12 years or older to join. विद्यार्थ्यांची इथे वयाची अट अशी नाही परंतु किमान बारा वर्षाच्या पुढील कुठल्याही विद्यार्थ्यांच्या मध्ये सहभाग घेऊ शकतो.

There is no live class in this course — log in to the website to watch the recorded video lessons. Each lesson is available for a limited number of views. Access works on a sliding-window basis: once you unlock the 4th lesson, access to the 1st lesson will expire, and lessons keep unlocking and expiring this way as you progress. या कोर्समध्ये लाईव्ह क्लासची गरज नाही, वेबसाईटला लॉगिन करून तुम्ही व्हिडिओज पाहू शकता. एक व्हिडिओ तुम्ही काहीच वेळा पाहू शकता, त्याचबरोबर पहिले तीन व्हिडिओ बघितल्यानंतर चौथा व्हिडिओ पाहण्याच्या वेळेस पहिला व्हिडिओ निघून जाणार आहे, त्यानुसारच पुढे हे व्हिडिओ वाढत जातील आणि कमी होत जातील.

Last date for admission: 30 September 2026, 9:00 PM. प्रवेश देण्याची अंतिम तारीख 30 सप्टेंबर 2026 रात्री नऊ पर्यंत.

Admission fees must be paid only through the official website. ऍडमिशन करण्याचे फी ही फक्त वेबसाईटवरच भरावी.

If you have a coupon code, you can avail the discount it offers. If admission is completed without using an available coupon code, the discount cannot be applied afterward. जर आपल्याकडे कुपन कोड आहे तर आपण त्याने दिलेल्या फी मध्ये कन्सेशन घेऊ शकता, जर आपण ते कुपन कोड वापरले नाही आणि ऍडमिशन पूर्ण झाले तर यामध्ये पुन्हा कन्सेशन मिळणार नाही.

Once admission is completed, it cannot be cancelled, transferred/adjusted to another course, or modified in any way. ऍडमिशन झाल्यानंतर कोणतेही ऍडमिशन रद्द होणार नाही, पुढील अभ्यासक्रमात ते ऍडजेस्ट होणार नाही किंवा कुठल्याही स्वरूपामध्ये बदल करता येणार नाही.

The fee is subject to change (increase or decrease) at any time, and coupon code values may also change at any time. फी ही कधीही कमी किंवा जास्त होऊ शकते, कुपन कोड हे सुद्धा कमी जास्त प्रमाणात कधीही होऊ शकेल.

Lesson videos cannot be viewed anywhere other than the official website. वेबसाईट व्यतिरिक्त इतर कुठेही व्हिडिओज पाहता येणार नाही.

Your login ID and password will not be resent. If you forget your password or delete the message containing it, you will need to take fresh admission again. लॉगिन आयडी आणि पासवर्ड हे पुन्हा पाठवता येणार नाही, पासवर्ड विसरलात किंवा मेसेज डिलीट झाले तर पुन्हा नव्याने ऍडमिशन घ्यावे लागेल.

By taking admission, we will assume that you have read and agreed to all the above rules. आपण ऍडमिशन घेतले याचा अर्थ वरील सर्व नियम वाचून ऍडमिशन घेतले असे आम्ही गृहीत धरणार आहोत.

The KalaGuru team reserves full rights to make changes to these terms at any time, if required. आयत्या वेळेस काही बदल करायची गरज वाटल्यास कलागुरू टीमकडे याचे संपूर्ण अधिकार असणार आहेत.

Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune. कायदेशीर काही अडचणी येत असल्यास पुणे कोर्टामध्येच या संदर्भातील पूर्तता होईल.

Using the course videos elsewhere will result in legal action. These videos are for your personal learning only and must not be used or shared anywhere else. दिलेल्या अभ्यासाचे व्हिडिओ इतर ठिकाणी वापरल्यास यावर कायदेशीर कारवाई करण्यात येईल, हे व्हिडिओ फक्त तुमच्या अभ्यासासाठी आहे, तुम्ही याचा कुठेही वापर करू शकत नाही.

We are trying to offer this course at a very affordable price — please do not share your login ID and password with anyone; it is strictly for your personal use only. अत्यंत कमी पैशांमध्ये आपण शिकवण्याचा प्रयत्न करत आहोत, कृपया लॉगिन आयडी आणि पासवर्ड हे कोणालाही शेअर करू नये, हे फक्त तुमच्यासाठी असणार आहे.

In this course, students' practice photos will not be checked or reviewed, and individual guidance on them will not be provided. या क्लासमध्ये विद्यार्थ्यांचे फोटो चेक होणार नाही, त्या संदर्भात त्यांना मार्गदर्शन केले जाणार नाही.

The certificate will be available from the time you join the course until you finish watching the last lesson video. सर्टिफिकेट हे वर्ग जॉईन केल्यापासून वर्गाचा शेवटचा व्हिडिओ पाहेपर्यंत उपलब्ध असणार आहे.

Please download your certificate immediately once it becomes available. If the download doesn't work, take a screenshot as a backup. Once the course period is over, the certificate will not be issued again — unless you choose to pay an additional fee to obtain it later. सर्टिफिकेट हे जॉईन केल्यापासून त्वरित डाऊनलोड करून घ्यावे, डाउनलोड होत नसल्यास याचा स्क्रीनशॉट काढून ठेवावा. क्लास पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर पुन्हा सर्टिफिकेट मिळणार नाही किंवा त्या संदर्भात अतिरिक्त शुल्क भरून तुम्ही ते घेऊ शकता.

If any student is found engaging in misconduct, their subscription/access will be terminated immediately. कुठल्याही विद्यार्थ्याकडून गैरवर्तन आढळल्यास त्याचे सबस्क्रीप्शन त्याच वेळेस बंद करण्यात येईल.

The curriculum taught through these videos is for your personal learning only — you may not conduct your own classes using this content. If you choose to do so, you must pay us 10% of any earnings generated from it. दिलेल्या व्हिडिओच्या माध्यमातून जो अभ्यासक्रम आम्ही शिकवणार आहोत तो फक्त तुमच्यासाठी असणार आहे, तुम्ही स्वतः याचे क्लासेस घेऊ शकत नाही. किंवा तुम्ही घेत असल्यास आम्हाला प्रत्येक कमाईमधून दहा टक्के आम्हाला द्यावे लागेल.

If you take admission on 30 September 2026, you will be able to access the course content only until around the 10th–15th of the following month at the most — no additional days will be available beyond that. 30 सप्टेंबर 2026 रोजी ऍडमिशन घेतल्यास अभ्यास जास्तीत जास्त पुढील महिन्याच्या 10 किंवा 15 तारखेपर्यंतच पाहू शकता, यानंतर मात्र एकही दिवस अतिरिक्त उपलब्ध नसेल.
