Please read these terms carefully before becoming a Kalaguru referral partner.

By joining the Kalaguru "Join & Earn" referral program, you agree to all the terms listed below. कलागुरूच्या "जॉईन अँड अर्न" रेफरल प्रोग्राममध्ये सहभागी झाल्यास खाली दिलेले सर्व नियम मान्य केले असे गृहीत धरले जाईल.

Participant must be above 18 years of age and an Indian citizen.
वय वर्ष 18 पुढे आणि सहभाग घेणारा/घेणारी भारतीय असावे.

Last date to join: 25 September 2026, before 9:00 PM.
सहभाग घेण्याची शेवटची तारीख 25 सप्टेंबर 2026 रात्री नऊ वाजण्याच्या आत.

A minimum of 500 points is required to be eligible for commission payout.
कमिशनसाठी किमान 500 पॉईंट होणे अपेक्षित आहे.

You can receive your earned commission within 2 to 4 days.
मिळालेले कमिशन आपण 2 ते 4 दिवसांमध्ये घेऊ शकता.

Commission will be paid to the Google Pay, PhonePe, or Net Banking account you have provided — and only to that same account.
कमिशन हे तुम्ही दिलेल्या गूगल पे किंवा फोन पे किंवा नेट बँकिंगच्या माध्यमातून त्याच अकाऊंटला देण्यात येईल.

Promotion/advertising must be done exactly as instructed by us.
आम्ही सांगितल्याप्रमाणेच जाहिरात करावी.

If you plan to advertise/promote in any different way, you must inform us in advance.
वेगळ्या कोणत्याही पद्धतीने जाहिरात करत असल्यास त्याचे आम्हाला पूर्वकल्पना द्यावी.

Admissions collected by personally accepting cash payments (in any form) will not be accepted.
स्वतः कोणत्याही स्वरूपातील कॅशमध्ये पैसे घेऊन ऍडमिशन स्वीकारले जाणार नाही.

For bulk admissions, admission will only be granted after completing the required information/process, and the commission rate for such admissions will be lower.
बल्क ॲडमिशनसाठी दिलेली माहिती पूर्ण केल्यानंतरच ऍडमिशन मिळू शकेल, त्याचे कमिशन सुद्धा कमी प्रमाणात असणार आहे.

You will earn commission only for the admissions actually completed using your referral code.
तुमच्या रेफरन्स कोड वापरल्यानंतर जेवढे ऍडमिशन होतील तेवढ्याच ऍडमिशनचे तुम्हाला कमिशन मिळणार आहे.

Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.
कायदेशीर काही अडचण आढळल्यास पुणे कोर्टामध्येच या संदर्भातील पूर्तता होईल.

If, after a withdrawal, your remaining balance is less than the 500-point minimum, the remaining amount will be paid out after 1–5 October.
पैसे विड्रॉल केल्यानंतर 500 पॉईंटपेक्षा शिल्लक कमी असल्यास ती राहिलेली रक्कम 1 ते 5 ऑक्टोबरनंतर देण्यात येईल.

Do not discuss or disclose details of the amount you have earned with the coordinator or with anyone else.
मिळालेल्या रकमेबाबत कोणताही खुलासा कॉर्डिनेटरबरोबर किंवा इतर कोणालाही करू नये.

Your commission will be processed only to the account/location you have specified.
आपण सांगितलेल्या त्याच ठिकाणी आपले कमिशनचे प्रोसेस पूर्ण होणार आहे.

If you face any issue regarding your commission, you can WhatsApp us at 7066686970, or call the coordinator to inform them that you have not received your commission.
कमिशनसंदर्भात काही अडचण असेल तर आपण 7066686970 याच क्रमांकावर व्हाट्सअप करू शकता किंवा कॉर्डिनेटरला कॉल करून कमिशन मिळाले नाही असे सांगू शकता.

You will be solely responsible for any financial loss caused to anyone as a result of your promotional activities.
तुम्ही केलेल्या जाहिरातीमुळे कोणाचेही आर्थिक नुकसान होत असल्यास यासाठी तुम्ही स्वतः जबाबदार असणार आहात.

While promoting, you must take care to ensure that your activities do not cause inconvenience or trouble to anyone.
जाहिरात करताना कोणालाही अडचण किंवा त्रास होणार नाही यासंदर्भातील काळजी आपण घ्यावी.

If you would like our team to conduct a rangoli demo, you must inform us at least 15 to 20 days in advance.
रांगोळी डेमोसाठी आम्ही यावं असं वाटत असल्यास त्या संदर्भात पूर्वकल्पना किमान 15 ते 20 दिवस आधी देणे गरजेचे आहे.

If the demo location is far, you will need to cover travel expenses, along with an artist fee of approximately ₹1,000–₹2,000.
ठिकाण लांब असल्यास प्रवास खर्च आणि कलाकारासाठी साधारणपणे एक ते दोन हजार रुपये एवढे पैसे द्यावे लागेल.

A minimum of 50 attendees is expected for a demo, and you must create a WhatsApp group for them and add us to it. If the number of attendees exceeds 50, we will confirm the details before agreeing to conduct the demo.
डेमोसाठी किमान 50 जण असणे अपेक्षित आहे आणि त्यांचा एक व्हाट्सअप ग्रुप करून आम्हाला सुद्धा ॲड करावे लागेल. 50 पेक्षा जास्त संख्या असल्यास पडताळणी करूनच आम्ही डेमोसाठी येऊ.

The demo will generally last one to two hours, during which one rangoli will be demonstrated along with a Q&A session. It will not be possible to extend the demo beyond this duration.
डेमो हा साधारणपणे एक ते दोन तासांमध्ये होणार आहे, यामध्ये एक रांगोळी काढून दाखवण्यात येईल आणि काही प्रश्नोत्तरे होतील. यापेक्षा जास्त वेळ डेमो घेणे शक्य होणार नाही.

If the demo is held at a housing society or temple, you must put up our banners (small or large) at a minimum of 4–5 locations there.
डेमोचे ठिकाण सोसायटी किंवा मंदिरामध्ये असल्यास किमान चार ते पाच ठिकाणी लहान-मोठ्या स्वरूपातील आपले बॅनर लावावे.

After joining, you should carefully review the training videos provided to you yourself.
आपण सहभाग घेतल्यानंतर दिलेले व्हिडिओ हे तुम्ही स्वतः व्यवस्थित तपासून पहावे.

If any student you referred faces an issue, you should promptly guide them appropriately. If you are unable to resolve it, you should inform the coordinator.
कोणत्याही विद्यार्थ्याला काही अडचणी येत असल्यास आपण त्वरित त्यांना योग्य ते मार्गदर्शन करावे, जर त्या गोष्टी तुम्हाला सोडवता येत नसल्यास कॉर्डिनेटरला सांगावे.

Instructions given by the coordinator must be followed promptly.
कॉर्डिनेटरनी दिलेल्या सूचनांचे वेळच्यावेळी पालन करावे.

Continue sharing banners and promotional material with as many people as possible.
जास्तीत जास्त लोकांपर्यंत बॅनर किंवा बाकी गोष्टी सतत पाठवत राहणे.

We will also provide an additional bonus once you accumulate a certain number of points.
काही ठराविक पॉईंट जमा झाल्यानंतर अतिरिक्त बोनस सुद्धा आम्ही देणार आहोत.

The amount you earn will remain strictly confidential between you and the KalaGuru team and will not be disclosed anywhere. We will maintain this confidentiality, and you are expected to maintain it as well.
प्रत्येकाला मिळालेली रक्कम ही फक्त कलागुरू टीम आणि तुमच्यामध्येच असणार आहे, ती कुठेही दाखवली जाणार नाही. याबद्दलची गोपनीयता आम्ही पाळू, आपणही ती पाळावी.

If your points are below 500, you will not receive any commission.
500 पॉईंटपेक्षा कमी पॉईंट असल्यास याचे कमिशन तुम्हाला मिळणार नाही.
